How do I place an order?+
Ready-made embroidered T-shirts: add to cart and checkout with Razorpay (UPI, card, or netbanking). Custom logos, bulk orders, and studio designs: send a quote request — we confirm the stitch plan and price on WhatsApp. First ready-made order gets 10% off automatically when eligible.
Can I order for my whole team or batch?+
Yes — bulk pricing kicks in from 10 pieces. Request a quote on the bulk embroidery page and we reply on WhatsApp within an hour during business hours.
Do you sell biker t-shirts with embroidery?+
Yes — our ready-made drops include oversized biker t-shirts with skull badge, wordmark, and back badge embroidery. Browse the biker collection or shop all embroidered tees.
Can I design my own embroidered t-shirt online?+
Yes. Request a custom embroidery quote with your logo or artwork, or use the design studio when it is open. We stitch made-to-order pieces in our Noida workshop. Studio requests are ₹0 on the site today — we email a mockup, then confirm the final price on WhatsApp.
Do you take logo files?+
Yes. SVG is best, but we also accept PNG and JPG. Upload during design or email your file after checkout. Files up to 5 MB.
Payment
How do I pay?+
At checkout you pay securely with Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets are supported. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). GST registration in progress. Tax invoices will be issued for orders placed after registration is active. We send your invoice by email after dispatch.
Sizing
How do your sizes run?+
True to Indian sizing. Ready-made biker tees and the oversized studio tee are a roomier streetwear fit — size down if you're between sizes. Check the size notes on each product page before you order.
T-shirt size chart+
Oversized / biker tees (approx.): XS: chest 34 in · S: 36 · M: 38 · L: 40 · XL: 42 · XXL: 44. Length is longer than a regular crew tee.
Shipping & timeline
How long until I get my order?+
Production takes 3–5 business days from confirmed payment. Shipping adds 2–4 business days Pan-India via Delhivery, Shiprocket. Total: 15 business days.
Where do you ship?+
Pan-India from our Greater Noida workshop. For destinations outside India, use the contact page and we will tell you if we can help.
Will I get tracking?+
Yes — once dispatched, you receive tracking on email and can look up your order on our Track page.
Returns & refund policy
Can I return a custom embroidered piece?+
Customized embroidery is non-returnable since it can't be resold. We only accept returns or replacements if the piece is defective on arrival or doesn't match the confirmed design.
What if there's a production defect?+
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund per our refund policy.
What if I gave the wrong size?+
Once your design is confirmed and payment received, we cannot change sizes. Please use the size chart before confirming.
Terms of use
Whose embroidery designs can I order?+
Only designs you have rights to. Don't upload trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or other people's artwork without permission. We reserve the right to decline orders that infringe on third-party rights.
Can my design be used for marketing?+
Only with your explicit consent. We may ask before featuring an order on our Instagram or gallery; you can always decline.
Privacy
What data do you collect?+
Your name, phone, delivery address, order details, and payment references processed by Razorpay. We do not sell your data.
How long do you keep order data?+
As long as needed to fulfil orders, handle grievances, and meet legal requirements — see our Privacy policy for details.
