Customized embroidery is non-returnable since it can't be resold. We only accept returns or replacements if the piece is defective on arrival or doesn't match the confirmed design.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund per our refund policy.
Once your design is confirmed and payment received, we cannot change sizes. Please use the size chart before confirming.
Only designs you have rights to. Don't upload trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or other people's artwork without permission. We reserve the right to decline orders that infringe on third-party rights.
Only with your explicit consent. We may ask before featuring an order on our Instagram or gallery; you can always decline.
