Ordering

How do I place an order?+

Design in the studio, add to cart, click "Send cart to WhatsApp". We confirm details and share UPI payment info on the same chat. You don't need an account.

Can I order for my whole team or batch?+

Yes — bulk pricing kicks in from 10 pieces. Send us a note on WhatsApp and we'll quote within an hour during business hours.

Do you take logo files?+

Yes. SVG is best, but we also accept PNG and JPG. Send the file on the same WhatsApp thread after your cart arrives. Files up to 5 MB.

Payment

How do I pay?+

After you send your cart, you'll get an order page with a UPI QR, our VPA, and the exact amount. Pay from any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and upload the screenshot.

Why no payment gateway?+

UPI is faster and has zero fees, which keeps prices honest. We verify each payment manually against our bank statement before starting production.

Is the payment secure?+

We never see your card or bank details. UPI flows entirely through your own bank app. We only see the screenshot and our incoming bank record.

Will I get a GST invoice?+

Yes — we issue a GST invoice with every order, sent to you on WhatsApp and email after dispatch.

Sizing

How do your sizes run?+

True to Indian sizing. Hoodies and crew tees are regular fit; the oversized tee is intentionally roomier (size down if you're between sizes).

Hoodie size chart+

XS: chest 36 in · S: 38 · M: 40 · L: 42 · XL: 44 · XXL: 46. Length runs 26–30 inches.

Tee size chart+

XS: chest 34 in · S: 36 · M: 38 · L: 40 · XL: 42 · XXL: 44.

Shipping & timeline

How long until I get my order?+

Production takes 3–5 business days from confirmed payment. Shipping adds 2–4 days pan-India via Delhivery / Shiprocket. Total: 7–10 business days.

Where do you ship?+

Pan-India. International shipping is on the v2 roadmap — message us on WhatsApp if it's urgent.

Will I get tracking?+

Yes — once dispatched, you receive the AWB and courier link on WhatsApp.

Returns & refund policy

Can I return a custom embroidered piece?+

Customized embroidery is non-returnable since it can't be resold. We only accept returns or replacements if the piece is defective on arrival or doesn't match the confirmed design.

What if there's a production defect?+

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund the full amount via UPI.

What if I gave the wrong size?+

Once your design is confirmed and payment received, we can't change sizes. Please use the size chart above before confirming.

Terms of use

Whose embroidery designs can I order?+

Only designs you have rights to. Don't upload trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or other people's artwork without permission. We reserve the right to decline orders that infringe on third-party rights.

Can my design be used for marketing?+

Only with your explicit consent. We may ask before featuring an order on our Instagram or gallery; you can always decline.

Privacy

What data do you collect?+

Your name, phone, delivery address, order details, and payment screenshot. That's it. No tracking pixels beyond standard analytics, no resale of data.

How long do you keep payment screenshots?+

Up to 90 days for reconciliation, then auto-deleted from our private storage.
