Coverage
We ship across all of India. Our workshop is in Greater Noida, and we partner with Delhivery and Shiprocket for last-mile delivery. International shipping is on our roadmap — for urgent overseas requests, message us on Instagram.
Cost
Shipping is free Pan-India on orders over ₹1. The price you see in your cart is the price you pay.
Timelines
- Production: 3–5 business days from confirmed payment.
- Dispatch: within 1 business day of production complete.
- Delivery: 2–4 business days via courier.
- End-to-end: 15 business days from payment confirmation to your door.
Bulk orders (10+ pieces) take 10–14 business days end-to-end.
Tracking
- Once dispatched, you receive the courier name and AWB (tracking number) by email or SMS where available.
- You can also check status anytime at /track with your order ID.
- We send updates for: payment received → in production → shipped → delivered.
Address & delivery details
Please confirm your full address (with PIN code, area, landmark) at checkout. We can't change the address once a parcel is dispatched. The recipient should be available on the phone number provided.
Cash on Delivery
We don't accept COD. Payment is collected online before production starts — this lets us keep our prices honest and our turnaround time short.
Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or the recipient was unreachable, we'll contact you to coordinate. Re-shipping is free for the first attempt when the error was ours.
Damaged or lost in transit
See our Refund Policy. We replace lost or visibly damaged parcels at no cost and pursue the courier separately.
Bulk & corporate orders
For orders of 10 pieces or more, message us on WhatsApp for a custom quote. Email pkexportpvtltd@gmail.com with your sheet of names + addresses for multi-location delivery.
