1. Who we are
This website is operated by Embroo India (“Embroo India,” “we,” “us”), with principal place of business at Embroo Workshop, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India. By accessing or using https://embroo.in you agree to these Terms.
2. Made-to-order goods
All products on this site are customized, made-to-order embroidered apparel. Each piece is produced after we receive your design confirmation and verified payment. Production typically takes 3–5 business days; delivery takes another 2–4 business days via Delhivery / Shiprocket.
3. Placing an order
You design your piece in our online studio, send your cart to our WhatsApp Business number, and pay over UPI. An order is only binding once we have verified your payment against our bank statement and confirmed back on WhatsApp. Until that confirmation, either party may walk away.
4. Pricing & taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of any applicable taxes at the time of purchase. GST registration in progress. Tax invoices will be issued for orders placed after registration is active. If a price is wrong on the site due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Your design & intellectual property
You may only place orders for designs you have the right to use. By submitting a logo, image, or text for embroidery, you represent that:
- you own the rights to it, or have permission from the rights holder;
- the design does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or right of publicity;
- the design does not violate Indian law (e.g., no obscenity, no national-symbol misuse).
We may decline an order at our discretion if a design appears to infringe third-party rights. We do not retain rights to your design beyond what we need to fulfil and (with your separate consent) showcase the order.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use this site for unlawful purposes; (b) introduce malicious code; (c) attempt to access non-public areas; (d) scrape or republish our content; or (e) impersonate another person.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: customized goods are non-returnable except for defects on arrival or mismatch with the confirmed design. Pre-production cancellations are eligible for a full refund.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, missed events).
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be raised through our Grievance Officer (see below) for amicable resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email to active customers.
